The gentlemen who own Irish Hollow strive to bring – in their own words – a crisp and crunchy, warm and fuzzy, yet sparklingly refreshing experience to hospitality. ‘Organic, home-grown and locally-crafted’ are all buzzwords we heard on our stay. Food is grown in the property’s own garden, set in 500 acres of untainted landscape. We had truly left the city behind here.
