The Hilton is legendary, as close to a grande dame you can get. The property’s reputation and hype has continued on, even decades later, after a complete renovation at turn of the millennium. To be honest, we don’t think it’s the best you can get in the city, but a stay here buys into a piece of Tel Aviv history. Book an Executive Room, to gain entry to the 17th-floor club space. It will make a stay more fabulous.
