And with sharing being caring, they’ve pulled together some amazing recipes from their hotels around the globe into the Fairmont Sustainable Christmas cookbook, to inspire a truly international, not to mention sustainable Christmas cookout this year. At the Accor-owned, hotel brand of fabulous properties around the world, food-and-beverage sustainability and conscious cooking have long been the mainstay; and the brand has proven that it does not have to be any less delicious and decadent than usual.
Renowned chefs like AJ Thakkalat from the Fairmont Washington D.C. to Robert Stirrup of the Fairmont Singapore share their passion for produce and conscious cooking with some special recipes that have made our mouths water. We’re sure it will do the same for you.
