Whichever direction we looked, we saw the Andes and unending vineyards. Our villa was so private, it was as if we had the entire resort to ourselves. We had our own plungepool, rooftop terrace and fireplace – making for a very romantic stay. With some of the most notable Mendoza wineries as neighbours, we spent our days out, but were excited to return to relax, eat and stargaze here.
