Perched enviably on the Bay of Palma, (‘away from the riff-raff’, they say), the property integrates an old military aesthetic with contemporary design. We found the service a little snooty, but that aside, this is one sleek hotel. We loved breakfast – a feast delivered to our patio – and with Cap Rocat being adults only, it was a fabulous getaway on what can seem a family resort island.
