We’re thrilled to report that our friends over at Aman, the collection of sophisticated, sublime and intimate retreats has begun a phased and optimistic reopening of their resorts, taking all the steps needed in line with the World Health Organisation and local government guidelines. The group is ready to welcome our return (just as much as we are to return) to their serene hidden gems that – in their words – “have been adapted in practice, but unchanged in spirit.”
Not that we need much more persuading of course, but the generosity of space and the brand’s DNA to help travellers slow downtime is a winning formula – from the mindful design of its standalone private pavilions, to social-distancing that has long occurred naturally at the resorts.
